Oh Nuts

“It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife.”   I was going to re-write the opening sentence of  "Pride and Prejudice" so that it would work with this post but then I decided not to. The other day when I was watching the 2005 version of "Pride and Prejudice" with TJ and Aaliyah and it was towards the beginning of the movie when I thought of one of the Fitzwilliam Darcy's Inner Struggles things that I had seen floating around on Pinterest. And it just so happened that today when I was on Pinterest I came across the inner struggles picture thingy that I had mentioned during the movie. So here it is.

Before leaving for my brother's graduation Amanda wanted to do a mini photo shoot. Of course once I took several pictures of Amanda, she had to take pictures of me. She also took several pictures of Rosebud. Even though it looks like I am in pain I usually do one unattractive picture during a photo shoot.

Life has been well and I don't really know what to write about. Except that my cousin Grace is getting better. She still hasn't really woken up yet, though she has started talking, which is a good thing. Still pray for her please. I am going to be doing the July round of Camp NaNoWriMo and this time I am going to actually finish, or at least come close, to finishing the story that I have been working on for a while. Since I am doing three different stories lines based on three very different stories, I don't know how well it will be turning out. Though I think that it might be more interesting then how the little bit that I had written had been.

Though my cousin gave us a bit of a scare last night when she took a turn for the worse but at around 2:40 central time she started breathing on her own so they took her off of the ventilator. She is still holding her own this morning which is a good thing. But please continue to pray for her recovery. Update: keep praying because they had to put her back on the vent because they felt she was getting too tired out. Her stats still look good, but now they will be doing an MRI because they're worried there might be swelling at the base of her brain. Keep those prayers coming please!

Hey guys. My cousin Grace went into the hospital earlier today with a bad asthma attack and it's turned into one of her lungs collapsing. They don't know what  happened. Right now they have her in essentially a medically induced coma and are working on clearing out her lung and trying to get it working again. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. She is in very critical condition! Please pray through the intercession of Bishop Fulton Sheen that she be healed! Eternal Father, You alone grant us every blessing in Heaven and on earth, through the redemptive mission of Your Divine Son, Jesus Christ, and by the working of the Holy Spirit. If it be according to Your Will, glorify Your servant, ARCHBISHOP FULTON J. SHEEN, by granting the favor I now request through his prayerful intercession (mention your request). I make this prayer confidently through Jesus Christ,our Lord. Amen. Thank you sooo much and God bless you!

I apologize for never posting the last picture for the photo a day thing I was doing last month. I was rather busy that day because I went to a friend's Quinceanera on Saturday, because one of my sisters was one of the Faith companions. Besides the fact that I couldn't think of anything to take a picture of before we had to leave. And I waited to post today because this is includes the traditional congrats on on your graduation post that I do when a sibling is graduating and today is the graduation ceremony that the homeschool group that I belong to does every year. This year TJ is graduating from 8th grade. Since he is the first boy in my family graduating the rest of my sisters were like " What? no hair do, no makeup, no nail polish, no primping to be done on him. He's too young to shave so I guess he just gets dressed and leaves! How boring!"  And to brighten up your day I am sharing something that a friend posted on Facebook.
