7 Quick Takes Friday

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! I did :) For as long as I can remember my family and I have tried to visit both sides of the family on Easter Sunday, but sometimes that doesn't end up happening. This year we went and visited my grandma in the evening on Holy Saturday. We had pizza dinner and watched the movie "Groundhog Day" on the tv since it was on. It was a funny movie. On Sunday we went to mass at our church and then came home and had my other grandparents over for dinner. After dinner and the dishes were done most of us went on the traditional walk that we take. And if you haven't read it yet here is a more accurate description of what my life has been like this week since Sunday.

This is what the sanctuary of our church looked like on Easter!

This is from our after dinner walk :)

Well I decided to do Camp NaNoWriMo this month and I am doing ok in my writing. While it still needs some work before it's the way that I want it written but at least I am trying to write down all of the ideas that are floating around in my head. What I'll do to my story once it is finished I don't know.

I had to add this part into my story because we have all done it at some point in our lives.

At Wal-Mart, while his grandmother was waiting in line at the deli to pick up some ham and turkey, Arthur took the shopping cart and grocery list and went around the store. As he was going through one of the aisle in the frozen section, since no one else was there, Arthur stood on the back if the cart and rode it to the end of the aisle.

This picture looks like it would make a very cool cover for a book.
