Crossing the Finish Line
I am graduating! Which is a little weird because I have been so used to having school and homework pretty much all day, every day for the past four years. It was a little weird not signing up for classes for the coming Fall semester. While I will miss having the structure of classes, work and homework I am ready to graduate and move on.
This semester the class I was worried the most about passing was the Intro to Accounting class that I had to take. I was worried because I have a hard time with math and the only time the class was offered was at 8:00 a.m. three days a week for fifty mins each day. So that combination made it a little hard to concentrate sometimes. But I was able to pass the class with a "C" grade, which is a good thing because I am graduating this week, Friday to be exact and I need to pass all of my classes in order to do so.
The other two classes I am not as worried about because my Intro to Photoshop class is pretty easy because for the final we just have to do presentations on the topic of our choice and the pictures that we include are supposed to show off some of the skills that we learned in the class. The online class that I took this semester is "Administrative Documents" which is just working with Microsoft Office some more and it is a pretty easy class, though I am not overly fond of Excel. To me, Excel is a necessary evil in working with Microsoft Office and other things, just like math is.
While I am excited to graduate and finish school the one thing that I will not miss is having to buy all of the expensive books for classes.
