7 Quick Takes Friday
My dear friend Jansina release her third book As Fairydust Settles last week! Though I haven't had the chance to read it yet I'm sure it will be as good as her other books (Forgotten Memories and Shrouded Jewels). If you want to buy a copy of the book as an Ebook, paperback, hardcover, and hard cover with dust jacket you can go here for the price information as well as contact information :)
I found this on Pinterest on Monday.
Even though it has been a few weeks since the end of November and NaNo I did manage to reach 50,000 words with one day to spare. Though I am not finished yet with the story I was writing it still needs a bit of work. If I ever get around to finishing it and editing it I will let you all know if I decide that I want to publish it or not.
This is another one of those weeks where I have a hard time coming up with things to write about for my quick takes. So I will have to start thinking of new ideas to do each week instead of posting pictures all the time, though I don't think anyone minds.
This is another Pinterest find and according to the caption it is the wordless version of the Japanese poster for "Frozen."
As I mentioned a while a go I am knitting a blanket. I started making it back in October and have been slowly working on it. The other day as I was working on it and decided that I wanted to use a different pattern for the blanket. So I found a different one online and it is going a lot faster than the other pattern was. What I have so far looks really nice and I like how it is turning out. You can find the pattern that I am using for the blanket here. When I get the chance I will post a picture or too :)
