7 Quick Takes Friday

Like everyone else in the world my family and I have been watching the Olympics. My favorite event is the Figure Skating. Though the Snowboarding is interesting as well.

This year at the Daddy Daughter ball I only took two photos that weren't with my family or from dancing, which is kind of surprising because usually there is at least a few group photos of a bunch of the girls that are around my age and we didn't do that. I'm okay with that though.
In case I haven't said this already I am finished with winter and ready for spring. The only things that I like about winter is Christmas and my birthday, which is coming up in a couple weeks. I enjoy snow when it isn't coming down every single week. It hasn't actually done that, though it feels like it at times and I prefer snow when there aren't freezing temperatures thrown in as well. I apologize for my mini rant but I am tired of winter.

Though I don't have pictures of it yet, I am working on a blanket for an American Girl doll. One of the girls that I nanny asked me to make it for her. Once it's done I was thinking of taking pictures of her doll using the blanket.
Since I like knitting I got a chuckle out of this and had to share it :)

--- 1 --- The other day I was feeling a bit bored so I made a couple covers for the story that I started working on. --- 2 --- A couple of weeks ago I was looking up pictures of the minons from "Despicable Me", don't remember why, but while I was scrolling down the page I came across this minion picture: --- 3 --- I found this on Pinterest a while back... --- 4 --- On Sunday we had to shovel snow off the driveway. It was really cold out and it made my stomach kind of hurt a little bit afterwards.
