It's Ok If You Fall
It's ok if you fall apart sometimes. Tacos fall apart and we
still love them. Which is true because tacos are delicious and fall apart a lot.

In today's world, everyone is often led to believe that they have to be perfect. And depending on what they are focusing on, their focus on perfection will change. For some people, they are focusing on having the perfect body. While other people focus on having the perfect house. But we don't need to worry about being perfect.
Another thing that people tend to focus on is making their problems disappear. And these problems stick around and are always with us. But there are things that we can do to change the problems that we have. Of course, how everyone goes about changing them depends on the person because we are all different and no one is the same. So what works for one person might not work for someone else. While it is an entirely different topic altogether the same goes for dieting in the regard that what works for me might not work for someone else.
The following book is from one of two daily reflection books* by Norman Vincent Peale. And I thought that this paragraph was very applicable to what I am trying to say here about it being okay to fall apart sometimes like a taco.
So no your life doesn't have to be perfect because we are all dealing with something whether we know about it or not. Because that is how life works. And just like tacos we still love people who fall apart because of something that they are struggling with.
*The books are Positive Thinking Every Day and Have A Great Day.

"What's wrong with having problems? The only people who have no problems are in cemeteries. Problems are a sign of life. So be glad you've got them. It means that you are alive. The more problems you have, the more alive you are. If you have no problems, better get down on your knees and ask: 'Lord, don't you trust me anymore? Give me some problems.'"
